MIRACLES - LET'S PLAY BALL

I tell you for certain that if you have faith in me, you will do the same things that I am doing. You will do even greater things, now that I am going back to the Father. (John 14:12)

The Bible is a book of miracles. God’s mighty interventions in the life of ordinary people. Not just “natural miracles” but true supernatural inexplicable acts.

The New Testament opens with Jesus, God’s first-born son. A miracle worker per excellence. Water turned to wine, the dead raised, the sick healed, walking on water….
Jesus dies, resurrects and goes back to heaven. Here comes the Acts of the Apostles. The miracle ministry which they had during Jesus’ brief three years of ministry definitely expands.
The same miracles that Jesus did and more…
Shadows cast healed sick bodies….

IT CAN STILL HAPPEN TODAY
God doesn’t have great men.
The best of men are men at best.
Only ordinary people do miracles, that’s the grace element. God takes the glory because He does all the work!

The church – you and me –have the power of Jesus Christ. We have the cure for cancer, HIV-AIDS but we don’t know it.
It’s time to know and act.
Only cowards among us will settle for explanations on why God can’t use us to do miracles today.

Jesus can do miracles, He lives in us!
Let’s let Jesus loose on our world.
The world doesn’t just need an explanation of grace; they need a demonstration of it!

If not now, when?
If not us, who?
The ball is in our court.
